Faulty Items: Refunds are available for faulty, full-priced items only. To be edible for a refund you must contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and labels. The cost of return shipping for faulty items is covered by Bandhini Design house.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Bandhini Design House. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Bandhini Design House account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card account that the payment had originally come from.
Exchanges & Credits: Bandhini do not issue refunds anything other than faulty items. In the case of change of mind or other circumstances Bandhini are happy to provide an exchange or credit to your account. To be edible for an exchange or credit you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and labels and must not have been used. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Bandhini Design House will not be issued an exchange or credit.
